3. Where is the refuse chute? What is the garbage disposal system?
There is a garbage room with anti-odour 2-layer door available on every floor. At Vista Verde, we use concrete garbage chute, attached to the inner tube is a hose fire detector for fire protection meeting the standard fire protection.
4. How many lifts serving each floor?
There are 3 passenger lifts and 1 service lift with the ThyssenKrupp brand from Germany.
5. What is the floor to ceiling height of the units?
For typical floor, the floor-to-ceiling is approximately 2.85 m and the floor-to-floor height is approximately 3.05 m.
