3. Where is the refuse chute? What is the garbage disposal system?

There is a garbage room with anti-odour 2-layer door available on every floor. At Vista Verde, we use concrete garbage chute, attached to the inner tube is a hose fire detector for fire protection meeting the standard fire protection.

4. How many lifts serving each floor?

There are 3 passenger lifts and 1 service lift with the ThyssenKrupp brand from Germany.

5. What is the floor to ceiling height of the units?

For typical floor, the floor-to-ceiling is approximately 2.85 m and the floor-to-floor height is approximately 3.05 m.

6. Do you have “Green Standards”?

Vista Verde has achieved the BCA Green Mark from the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.

7. What transportation is available?

There are shuttle buses to District 1, District 7 and international school in District 2, and taxi service at lobby by reputable taxi companies.

No, but this may be provided by the property Management Office, which is to be appointed closer to completion date. At our completed project The Vista, free WiFi is provided in common areas.

This above-ground parking area which has 2 separate driving lanes is designed to be well-ventilated. The parking area is designed to have 2 distinctive entrances: one for guests and another for residents.
